We receive and store non personal information whenever you interact with our website. This includes, but may not be limited to; Web browser resolution, Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect with our website; computer and connection information such as browser type, version, and time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system, and platform and quote request type if applicable. Occasionally we aggregate total results to create and determine features such as special offers.
1. All Goodtime Limo Rental Service requires a deposit for the booking and all deposits are non-refundable.
2. For Round Trips additional pick up(s) and/or drop off(s) extra charges will apply (depending on the distance).
3. Goodtime Limo Rental Service is to be paid in full at the commencement of any event/run at pick up time at the first address.
4. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
5. If client exceeds the 15 minutes grace period they will be charged $50.00 for every 30 minutes. (Goodtime Limo cannot guarantee the availability of overtime for the vehicles.)
7. NO SMOKING OR DRINKING is allowed in any of our vehicles.
8. Goodtime Limo Service reserves the right to terminate the run or to eject any objectionable person or those using drugs, intoxicants or in unsafe behavior at the discretion of the driver Without Any Refunds.
9. An additional 25% cancellation Fee will be applied for cancellations within 48 hours of any event and full amount will be charged if reservation is canceled within 24 hours.
10. Clients are to be seated at all times while vehicle is moving. We will not be held responsible for any ionturies suffered by any client or their guests.
11. In case of a mechanical breakdown Goodtime Limo will try to replace the vehicles to a similar size if available and will not charge the customer extra for upsize or refund.

12. Any damages occurred inside/ outside the vehicle by the customer will result in cancellation in service or customer will be charged for damages on the spot by the driver / company.
13. All given information from the renter is binding and cannot be changed without Goodtime Limousines acceptance.
14. I am satisfied with the terms and conditions above and fully understand and agree. If, for any reasons, I am not fully satisfied with the services I receive, I have 12 hours after the completion of the job to file a complaint in writing. If Goodtime Limo does not receive my written complaint in the above stated time-frame, I agree that there is no valid complaint and I am fully satisfied with the services I received. Filing a written complaint, insures both parties, that it is fully understood what the problem was, and should help Goodtime Limo to assist the purchaser in any kind of reimbursement. The purchaser will be contacted within a week of the complaint to settle the matter. I understand that this is a separate case from the main contract and therefore have no dispute in general against Goodtime Limo and the payment I authorized.
